Heat Bed not heating K5 Plus - Desktop 3D Printer

Hello

My makerpi k5 heatbed not heating. Temperature remains at zero so will not print.

Please help

hi friend,please check if the cable contaction on bed is poor or not.

I have the same issue and I have checked the heating bed but cant even get a voltage and it use to work. This is the URL for the images since they are to large to attach(https://imgur.com/a/8bLU7s7)

I checked your pictures,it seems the hot bed is broken. Can I recheck how did you test the voltage?
