1. Unscrew the screw holding the screw nut on the platform

2. Unscrew the four fixing screws

3. Shut down and unplug the power. Loosen the screws on the front cover of the machine.

4. After removing all screws of the inner cover, gently lift up the upper cover to remove the front cover

5. With the base of the machine facing up, remove the bottom cover of the machine, and slowly lift the bottom cover (note the power cord at the bottom cover and the cooling fan cable of the motherboard)

6. Unplug the Z motor terminal

7. Slowly take out the Z motor and screw (note the screw rubber washer where the motor is fixed)

8. Reinstall the replaced screw into the machine (note the direction of the screw nut, with the longer end on top) (note the rubber washer when installing the motor)

9. Adjust the four screws for fixing the motor so that the lead screw is adjusted to the middle position.

10. Secure screw nut.

11. Install the bottom cover and front cover in the order of removal.
